Owning Our Thoughts and Actions: What We Do, No Matter How Small, DOES Change The World
We have been reading and hearing about December 21st 2012 for a long time now. Many books have been published – some more serious than others. What is going to happen this Friday, December 21st is one of the hottest conversation topics everywhere – from lunches with friends, to lengthy reports on the news, etc. While it’s indeed very interesting and exciting to discuss this subject…
…Do we really know the role we play in this crucial event?
December 21st, 2012 is a turning point for the entire human race, and for all the inhabitants of planet Earth. It is time for us to be conscious about how we are going to change the world. Most people ‘talk the talk’ when it comes to being spiritual, generous and mindful. However, few can ‘walk the walk’. Now is the time to be congruent. Now is the time to take a deep look at ourselves and improve what needs improving, thus becoming happier persons and bringing more light to this world. Now is the time to be respectful. Now is the time to be mindful of our language, actions and thoughts as we move forward into this new era.
Every time we act in an aggressive way, every time we hurt someone, we perpetuate violence in the world. All that negative energy adds up. It is no wonder, then, that acts of unspeakable violence take place. Our collective unkindness builds up; finding horrible ways to manifest itself.
In order to evolve, we must take action. Remember that being spiritual also implies that we must all act with, and from, true kindness of the heart. While we are spiritual beings, don’t forget that we are having a physical experience here, on Earth, and that what we say or do affects others.
December 21st, 2012 is our chance to transform for the better. We can also celebrate that we have been given this opportunity. Below, you will find a list of all the events taking place on this incredibly important date, whether it’s at LifePath Center or somewhere else in town.
Let’s all unite in this celebration and may we become an agent of positive change in the world!
Love, Beverly
