Fun Is A Priority

Being a responsible, active person is great: I can assure you that you contribute to the Universe in a beautiful, loving way. However, if you are one of those persons who is always making sure they take care of their responsibilities, and if you are always trying to make something useful, there is a chance that you feel that you’re wasting time if you stop and take a moment for yourself. Maybe it’s just a five minute break during which you will inhale and exhale in a quiet space, to regain your balance. Perhaps it’s a two week vacation, or a night out with your friends. Some people can never feel at ease unless they’re doing something ‘productive’ – or worse: they feel guilty for taking time off.

Love Finds You

So many of us are driven by the lifelong quest of finding love. That is: finding someone to love, who also loves us back. Of course, there are a lot of factors that come into play. I feel, now that I am in my sixties, that in order to find real love the three aspects of our being (body, mind, and spirit) have to be in alignment.

Shower Yourself With Love

Isn’t it odd that most of us think that giving ourselves some much deserved attention and pampering is a luxury, or an indulgence?
Imagine how good we would feel if we devoted an hour every day to making ourselves feel loved! It could take any form you want: either doing affirmations (here are some great ones); getting a massage, or a haircut; writing a list of the three best things we did each day and commending ourselves for those achievements.
