A Note From Dr. Beverly Nelson, Director
It’s funny how sometimes we don’t notice how much clutter we have accumulated until we – at last! – begin to go through the stuff we carry around, to discard anything that is no longer useful and keep those things that are precious to us and that are still necessary. We can all relate, right?
Clutter can also take spiritual and emotional forms, burdening us to the point of exhaustion, or even physical illness.
I invite you to reflect on this, make a list if you want, and decide once and for all to de-clutter your life! The task may be a bit dreary, but you will feel a lot better once you’re done with it. What do you think – are you up for it?
