A Note From Dr. Beverly Nelson, Director
Dreams are the most powerful and effective motivators. Dreams become plans and plans become realities. On the other hand, how many people spend their days, merely ‘daydreaming’? As delightful as it is to dwell on our fantasies, if we fail to act so that they become realities, we are wasting the inspiration they provide.
This makes me think about two quotes by Picasso: the first one is “Inspiration exists, but it has to find you working”. He definitely knew what he was talking about! The point is not to engage yourself in a frantic work routine in order to ‘produce’ something tangible – it’s more about finding the inner discipline to do the work, to keep trying, to keep focused, so that your dreams become actions and these actions turn into beautiful fruits.
The other Picasso quote is a great complement of the first one: “Everything you can imagine is real”. Talk about powerful words! While dreaming without focus and without action is pointless; dreaming with purpose is the key to making things happen. Visualizing should always go hand-in-hand with hard work. It keeps you motivated and focused and it is a constant reminder of why we are working so hard towards a specific goal – it’s all to make our dream happen.
I’ve been using everything I have learned over the years about the laws of manifestation (including the above) to manifest a new home for LifePath. I feel it is near but it hasn’t yet reached the surface of reality. If anyone knows of a large property, perfect for LifePath, that might be for sale or for rent or a B and B or small hotel that is for sale or might be waiting for a burst of energy to bring it back to life, please let me know. I believe strongly that this is a community effort to create the space that best serves the needs of each of you. So, thanks, in advance, for your positive thoughts and action in the creation of this manifestation.
What are your current dreams? How do they motivate you every day? I’m listening, as always!
