NEW! Tues, Thurs & Fri, 1:30-2:30 PM: Gentle Vinyasa Yoga with Katherine Fisher
This Yoga class is a blend of Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Katherine’s gentle guidance is created for all levels and includes intimate instruction as well as hands-on teaching.
The class focuses on moving with the breath. We will exhilarate the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance and intention.
If you are just starting out with Yoga, this class is beginner-friendly. If you are a veteran of Yoga, you will find much here to help you go up to the next level of your practice.
Every Tues, Thurs, and Fri. Cost: 100 pesos. Drop-ins welcome.
