A Note From Dr. Beverly Nelson, Director
THIS IS IT.
Finally, after a journey that lasted several months, we will open the doors of our new location at Rinconada de La Aldea #29 this Thursday, August 1st. We are overjoyed!!!!!
On the verge of such an important moment for LifePath Center, as well as for me on a personal level, two thoughts occupy my mind. The first is, of course, gratitude. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that we were going to receive such overwhelming support from the fabulous San Miguel de Allende community. I thank you all: those of you who contacted me with potential new locations when we were still searching; those of you who wrote me a few lines of encouragement and hope; and also those of you who have gotten deeply involved in the process of ‘dreaming it all up again’. I do not want to leave anyone out, so – you know who you are. My gratitude, and that of the staff at LifePath Center, goes out to each and every one of you. May the Universe fill your cup with love and joy, always!
The other thought, which is no less relevant, is the significance of moving to a new place. A new home means new opportunities, new experiences, new everything! We never know in advance if the ‘new’ things are always going to be positive, but we certainly can decide how we are going to face each one of them: if positive, with gratitude; if not-so-positive, as lessons that will help us live life in a better, more balanced way. To move implies transformation, and while some aspects may be challenging, the purpose of transformation is (or should be) to evolve into something different, and more beautiful. Don’t you agree?
I can’t wait to find out where LifePath Center’s evolution will bring us! How about you? How do you feel you have transformed, and evolved, in these first seven months of the year? I’m listening!!! 🙂
LifePath Center is looking for individuals or businesses who would be willing to donate their products or services for an auction at our upcoming fund raising event! If you would like to offer your time and effort in order to create a beautiful new space for LifePath Center, send an e-mail to docbeverly@aol.com or to berenice@lifepathretreats.com.
If you have any decorations or furniture pieces that you’re not using anymore, we would be delighted to give them a new home with us. Please contact docbeverly@aol.com or j.bennett@lifepathretreats.com.
Thanks so much for your love, your generosity and your support!
P.S. Remember to like our Facebook page – we post updates there all the time, and lately we have been posting many photos depicting the progress of the remodelling of our new location!
