MWF, 9-10 AM: Stretching for Life, with bodyworker and star of Gravity Works, Irma Huerta. Wear loose clothing and bring a Yoga mat, if you have one (if not, we have spares at the Center).
MW, 10:15-11:30 AM: Hatha Yoga with the incomparable Usha Leason. There is a reason why just about everyone in San Miguel who knows about Yoga knows about Usha…she is a master teacher.
MWF, 12-1 and 4-5 PM: Pilates with Lori Midrano. Two class-times to chose from. A unique opportunity to learn and practice this remarkable modality, which gives you poise and a sense of presence while it aligns your body’s structure. Famous throughout the world, we are fortunate to have Lori at the Center.
MTh, 5:45-7 PM: Yoga for All Levels with the amazingAnabel Cardenas Dugal. Yoga is more than an exercise; it is a way of life, a spiritual path that brings so many benefits, including peace of mind, soul-centering, and balanced mental and emotional health.
TTh: 10-11 AM and Sat 12-1 PM: Qi Gong with Christian Surier. A gentle movement practice that everyone can do.
TTh: 4-5 PM: Brazilian Butt Workout. Lori leads this popular exercise technique, designed to develop your Southern Hemisphere. An absolutely great way to look absolutely great.
Sat, 10:15-11:30 AM: Restorative Yoga – Usha returns to conduct this excellent class that centers on correcting any areas that need particular attention in body, mind, and spirit. Gentle movements, big results.
